Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Capitalcorp Finance & Leasing Pty Ltd trading as Capitalcorp Financial Services (“Capitalcorp” or “the Promoter”) , Building 5, 2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113 (head office).
2. Information on how to redeem the promotional offer form part of these terms and conditions.  Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
3. You will be contacted to verify details of your referral prior to Capitalcorp making contact with them. Your eligibility for the promotion requires that the referred person agrees that information in relation to the settlement of the application may be passed on to you.
4. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and the right to receive a reward is not transferable.
5. Rewards are issued at Promoter’s discretion, subject to clause 10 below.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost cards.
7. The Promoter reserves the right at any time during or after the promotional period, to verify the validity of the Card and, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any person that tampers with the promotional process.
8. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter’s decision is final.
9. Cards are issued at the discretion of Capitalcorp and must be current at the time of redeeming rewards.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion at any time, and will not be liable for any losses as a result.
