Capitalcorp Financial Services Fuel Promotion

Registration Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Capitalcorp Finance & Leasing Pty Ltd trading as Capitalcorp Financial Services (“Capitalcorp” or “the Promoter”) , Building 5, 2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113 (head office).
2. Information on how to enter and redeem the promotional offer form part of these terms and conditions.  Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
3. Entry is only open to individuals who have purchased motor vehicles from participating motor vehicle dealers and successfully acquired finance which was arranged by  Capitalcorp during the promotional period.
4. Promotion commences at 12.00 AEDST on 17/07/2006 and continues at the Promoter’s discretion, subject to clause 10 below.
5. Customers must register to claim the fuel voucher only by logging on to www.capitalcorp.com.au or calling 13 40 30.
6. Fuel vouchers are subject to terms and conditions of Caltex, available for viewing at http://www.caltex.com.au/products_sta_cash_use.asp. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost vouchers.
7. The Promoter reserves the right at any time during or after the promotional period, to verify the validity of entries and, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any person that tampers with the entry process.
8. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter’s decision is final.
9. Delivery of fuel card may take up to 30 days from submitting this claim.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion at any time, and will not be liable for any losses as a result.
